Delivery, Return and Exchange Information
Product will be delivered from ENAAF's main warehouse at Toronto. Product will be delivered within 2-7 business working days depending on the location. Delivery charge will be applied based on delivery location using Canada Post as courier. Delivery charge on any single purchase by end user/consumer over CAD $ 100 is on us. This free delivery offer on purchase over CAD $ 100 is not applicable for retailers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return and Exchanges are free, one time, within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, just send an email to us at email@example.com mentioning your purchase details, your reason for returning and your “next to do” instruction. We will send you return postage in reply email and you will just need to print it, attach it and drop the box at your nearest shipper location. Once we will receive your return, we will process your request accordingly within shortest possible time. For detail return policy, please read the following:
Original invoice must be sent with returned item(s) to process the refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets/labels attached and deemed by ENAAF Inc. to be unworn/ undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund.
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Products can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days of sale, and the refund amount will be applied to the original tender. Refunds/exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period (30 days).
Merchandise returned without its invoice, will not be accepted thus will not be refunded/returned/exchanged.
Items purchased in person from Point of Sales/Brand Ambassadors can be returned to the same Point of Sales/Brand Ambassadors within 30 days of purchase following above mentioned criteria.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy to our warehouse/Point of Sales in person or via mail. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number before return if you intend to return via mail. We will let you know by replying your email about available stock and details. We'll be happy to replace your order depending on your choice and depending on our available stock.
